The Tibbs project is located in the Goodpaster Mining District approximately 175 kilometres southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska, 80 kilometres northeast of the town of Delta Junction, and 35 kilometres east of the Pogo Mine. Delta Junction is a well-serviced town located 150 kilometres southwest of Fairbanks on the Alaska Highway.
The property is accessible via helicopter and historic winter trails which access the project via the Tibbs Creek drainage in the west, and the Summit Creek drainage in the east. The nearest road access to the project is the terminus of the Pogo gold mine access road, approximately 35 kilometres west-northwest of the project. An unimproved airstrip in the Tibbs Creek drainage offers limited access to the western portion of the claim block. Elevations on the property range from ~1,200 metres in valley bottoms to 1,550 metres at Black Mountain in the southeastern area of the project.
